Inspired by the music of the non-Appalachian South, The Forgers Band perform original material and interpretations of traditional songs.

Following the release of the Coen Brothers' 2000 Film 'Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?' and the accompanied live concert of the soundtrack 'Down From The Mountain', this style of music has seen a resurgence in the USA and around the World.

With over 5 years previous experience on the UK and European Country Music circuit, The Forgers Band now split their time between the USA & UK with bases in Mobile, Alabama and London & the South Coast.

A back-catalogue of over 100 original tracks, with new tracks being added regularly means The Forgers Band have a varied set list, suitable for Festivals, TV and movie soundtracks, radio shows and live performances
